    Sweet rules for team. I would like to add ‘Work quality rule’:
    - 100% complete works means you do not re-work later not cause by requirement changes (bad quality causes many defects, temporary solution etc)

    - Your works could be review-able by others (readable code, clear and useful comments).

    - Follow project architecture and guidelines strictly, do not break the development rules without notice to related members.

    - Follow design and coding best practices

    they are just some ideas rise in my mind now :)
